Providing customised teaching and learning support both face-to-face and online, across three campuses and in a wide range of subjects, through:• Strong relationships with key academic and professional stakeholders• Design and delivery of tailor-made training workshops • Development of academic qualifications, courses and teaching materials• Evaluation of learning support and teaching, mentoring and performance interventions• Design, delivery and assessment of courses leading to AdvanceHE Fellowship accreditation

Ongoing consulting role with a start-up tourist accommodation company. Since 2015 Christina’s has added tour company Onetrip and restaurant company The Joi Factory, and grown from 8 to 600 members; with ongoing rapid growth projected. In response to evolving needs, so far the role has allowed me to evaluate the leadership, and:• Mentor HR teams responsible for recruitment and training• Create company training frameworks• Design, deliver and evaluate recruitment and orientation processes and record-keeping• Develop training materials and manuals• Design, deliver and evaluate courses for hosts, tour guides and leadership teams in communication skills, mindfulness, train the trainer and customer service

• Communicate TEC strategy contextualised to Kaupapa Māori• Lead team of six developers in national project for teaching staff to embed literacy and numeracy in Kaupapa Māori university setting• Develop and deliver TWOA tertiary teaching qualification (NCALNE) including online components using Moodle

Teaching consultancy, plus:• Develop MIT Certificate in Tertiary Teaching including online components using Blackboard• Design online literacy and numeracy diagnostic tests

• Design, deliver, evaluate and report regularly on professional development for teaching clusters in ITPs, Wānanga and PTEs, including liaising with senior management• Manage and lead literacy developer team, including recruitment, induction, workload allocation and mentoring• Review senior ITP management Capability Development Funding Plans• Review tertiary educator qualifications on NZQA panel• Initiate, manage, contribute to and review related projects developing materials including series of printed booklets, and DVDs
