Retirement is well worth the hard work to get there. I enjoy living with my husband of 50+ years along with our chihuahua children Abby and Tracee(little boy). I belong to Lake Highlands Presbyterian church and enjoy the many friends there. The pastor, Dr. Perryn Rice is a fabulous speaker who relates to his flock with compassion and a true calling from God. Being a member of this church is a real blessing.

Management of Food Service Operations including delivery to 6 patient care buildings, catering, menu planning, budgeting, long range planning. Director of Medical Nutrition Therapy included oversight of Clinical Staff, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction with meal service within doctors orders for special restrictions. Maintain statistical records and reports to Medical Staff and Administration.
