Working with groups of children and young adults doing a range of activities and challenges to develop confidence and have fun. Teach skiing to school children and members of the public in either group or private lessons.

As part of the Clear Communications team, I project manage, design and deliver bespoke training on clear verbal and written communications across all areas in AXA PPP healthcare. Deliver awareness sessions on our brand tone of voice to all 1700 employees. Work with Heads of department and line managers to make sure training meets individual and business needs. Design online resources to help people with grammar, punctuation and spelling.

As part of the L&D team, I focused on programme design and delivery, and account management for L&D clients. My role also involved business development and proactively promoting the L&D offering. This was a 4 month contract until the end of the 2012.

Responsible for ensuring the L&D team were provided with the right support, resources, Management Information and reporting to function effectively. Left due to redundancy.

Provided administrative support and worked proactively with clients to make sure all projects ran smoothly. I also provided a high quality PA service to the Operations Director. Managed one direct report.

Provided project support to 8 project managers, taking on small projects within their projects.

Provide project management support to the HR Development Manager, enabling the effective implementation and promotion of strategies, employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives

Designed, delivered and maintained training interventions appropriate to the business needs. Evaluated training, recorded test results and provided feedback to delegates following training and during Development Centres.

Support the Business Development Manager and Account Team in Advertising Agency

Training purchasers in the use of the company’s software. The software, produced by the company, provided management and financial systems for the domiciliary market. I had to leave WWS as the company went into liquidation
