 Leads integration and cross functional communication of the supply chain plans. Key interfaces include: OBL, Business Leadership, Sourcing, Logistics, Manufacturing, Sales & Marketing/Demand, Customer Service, etc. Work for Demand Led Fulfillment project with AP business team and global SC team, work for AP new replenishment process setup Work with AP demand manager and global master planner to do supply allocation under constrained supply circumstance. Be regional key user /resource of SAP material master field Analyze demand during lead time (DDLT), identify abnormal demand. Reviews and acts upon demand plan exception messages Make monthly restock planning for country/regional local resale Warehouse Manage regional inventory level by country and by product line. Determine the SKU inventory levels, locations, and safety stocks by customer/warehouse to support the desired level of customer service while maintaining cost effective levels of inventory Manage regional SMOI inventory level and track disposal plan from sales team / manufacturing site.

 Lead the AP Demand Review Process of the Integrated Business Management Process- Review demand plans (Volume/Value); Review market and product intelligence; Integrate new & change product and strategies plan; Identify changes, risks, opportunities, and remedial actions. Aggregate all sources of demand including external sales,• samples, internal use, interplant and inter-regional demand, for the integrated supply chain of a product or service with sufficient detail for a 18 -24 month planning horizon to develop the aggregate demand plan and the supporting assumptions for the Demand review in the Integrated Business Management process. Facilitate, document and update the assumptions supporting• the demand plan. Challenge the sales and Marketing assumptions when significant deviations occur between the statistical forecast and the forward looking demand plan. Develop product mix forecasts as input for supply planning, based on aggregate demand plan and work together with the supply chain manager & master scheduler to fine-tune the product mix plan. Manage change and balance supply & demand in collaboration with the Supply Chain team, when there is abnormal demand, when supply issues arise and when customer requirements are truly outside the capability of the supply chain to deliver.

 Create, validate and maintain a valid materials plan based upon the Master Production Schedule. Develop and provide expected demand for ingredients and packaging materials to suppliers on regular basis. Obtain supply capability confirmation. Assess and respond to expected raw material storage and distribution capacity requirements based upon supplier lead times. Lead resolution of short-term supply/demand imbalances for ingredients and packaging materials. Identify and initiate response to raw material service/quality complaints from manufacturing. Initiate return material process involving QA and Sourcing. Execute the plans for SMOI raw materials for disposition. Manage health of raw materials, semi-finished and packaging material Leads the continuous improvement of the material planning process Lead cycle counting, Identify inaccurate raw material inventory records, lead cycle counting discrepancy root cause finding, and initiate actions to address. Monitor RM consumption & BOM maintenance, monitor warehouse material management Maintain site SAP material data of WM & BP in Material Master
