My initial role in Cargill was taking overall IT risk control responsibility in Greater China, and it covers 40+ locations/offices representing multiple businesses (10+ out of 80 as worldwide) Cargill have in China. • Built up a series of IT risk control process/procedure, conducted regular/ irregular communication/training etc., and gradually created the risk control ‘Culture’ in Greater China. • Performed on site IT Risk Assessment in 30+ locations in 3 years providing findings, recommendation and follow-up monitoring, 0 high risk IT audit finding for those locations. • Built up an IP coordinator teams, provided coaching, training and consultancy to enable them to conduct basic IP activities on the ground for all locations/BU s • Conducted regular and irregular review session with BU controllers and IT managers to develop individual risk control plan (with budget) to ensure this is always align with business plan and changes.
