• Ensure department’s export and import clearance and delivery on time• Control department’s export and import process error rate• Attended establishment of ISO management system.• Department’s objective and planning• Draft/review/decide/optimize logistic’s SOP and policy• Supplier management and performance review• Coordinate with global shipping/Planning/project colleague.• Support other departments/customer with logistics related consultation, solve issue related to logistics. • Ensure company compliance with related laws and customs regulations; timely advise related departments of regulatory changes.• Department's cost control• Department's annual budgeting.• Global projects planning to meet DIFOT(Delivery in full on time)• Work with each department and operation manager to set up project process.• Drive multiple simultaneous projects by working with cross functional teams.• Drive the new project produce in Kunshan factory with other department, evaluate the capacity and material for new project and arrange people follow up.• Daily management of department, staff’s coaching/training and performance evaluation • Work with head office and coordinate parallel departments to drive the progressing of project smoothly and steadily

1- 99% shipment exported on time. 2- Deal with carriers to get best quotation and enough space. 3- Provide customer service for quotaion and abnormal situation. 4- Assign booking to operator after reviewed, provide help of abnormal situation if operator cannot handle. 5- Send operation instruction to all new customers for their easy guide. 6- Proactively solving/sort out problems during operation process. 7- Keep overseas agent be informed about each shipment information. 8- Deal with customer complaints. 9- Monthly customer reconciliation.
