I have over a decade of experience in finance, entrepreneurship, real estate, and social sustainability, and I currently serve as a Senior Director Global Market Development at the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI), the leading organization that promotes health and wellbeing in buildings and communities around the world. I am also a certified WELL AP, which demonstrates my expertise in applying the WELL Standard, a science-based framework for designing and operating healthy and resilient spaces.In my role, I assist real estate leaders in leveraging WELL to achieve positive social sustainability outcomes for their employees and tenants, while also aligning with their ESG goals and global standards such as GRESB and the UN's Sustainable Development Goals. I am passionate about bridging the gap between capital and impact, and creating successful partnerships that measurably support the business case of investing in strategies that improve environmental and social outcomes. I am fluent in English, Dutch, Spanish, and Italian, and have successfully launched businesses, closed high-impact deals, raised funds, and managed global client relationships.
