Primarily order entry duties in which I entered complex or custom orders as well as ownership for large accounts. All orders entered required validation of available inventory and expected time of delivery (ETA) assignment. Worked closely with vendors for ordering of custom component parts and with customers for accurate order entry and ETA. Collaborated with various company department employees in problem solving concerns of inventory, application inaccuracies, and catalog and price concerns. Helped with customer service call overflow in providing quotes and addressing product knowledge concerns for customers.

Utilizing JavaScript programming language, developed and maintained pricing and calculated measurements for downloadable product quoting software for company’s customer base. Aided in team base testing of this program for accuracy. Took on project of implementing price programming for a web-based quote program for a specific customer, managing a team of program tester.
