Janet is a dedicated and knowledgeable Paralegal, with many years of experience in the industry. She works in a supportive role within the Real Estate Team.Janet joined JPC Law in 2007 following the merger with Roiter Zucker. Her particular area of expertise is the leasehold enfranchisement including freehold blocks purchases; the biggest to date comprising 154 flats.Highly skilled, Janet also deals with drafting notices, participation agreements and lease extension documents. She also handles putting 999-year leases in place after completion of the purchase of the freehold of blocks.Janet provides excellent support to lessees, helping them to understand the enfranchisement process.
