As an early adopter of the scheduling and clinical documentation of the EMR platform in the ambulatory area, requested to lead the implementation of the new Meditech Expanse scheduling module across the three hospital sites. Collaborated across multiple hospital departments compromising clinical managers, IT consultants, finance, data analysts and MIS reporting leads in the creation of policies and procedures to standardized location codes, appointment types, and ensure data reporting integrity to the Ministry of Health.
