Manager. Operational Governance

• Lead transformation projects that drive cross functional improvements.• Communicate with team members and management to ensure that projects are on schedule, high quality, and align to customer requirements.• Oversee and mitigate risks across technical functional lanes to ensure that projects remain on track.• Lead and maintain client/stakeholder partnership to facilitate requirements and ensure overall satisfaction.• Integrate knowledge of Service Assurance best practices, customer operational objectives and strategic objectives to define and enable a successful customer experience. • Understand how people, processes, and technology interact to perform the fundamental Service Assurance activities in both current and future states.• Maintain knowledge in several of the following areas: network operations, process analysis, software development & lifecycle management, software testing methodology, and production deployment.• Develop methodologies and procedures to efficiently estimate timeframes, manage team workloads, and track and report status on projects.• Create easy-to-understand reports and engaging presentations to communicate monthly metrics and project status.• Responsible for planning and managing company resources to execute development project or project components from design phase through implementation. Interprets market requirements and converts to engineering and program deliverables. Identifies and communicates project scope and ensures program milestones and objectives are met. • Manage the development and implementation process of the company's products and services.• Plan and manage company resources to execute development project or project components from design phase through implementation.• Support ad-hoc requests and projects as requested by the organization and team(s).• Reporting and metrics from multiple order entry, workflow and inventory systems as well as support data marts / databases.
