Oversee graduation clearance for over 5,500 graduate students ensuring all degree requirements are met. Oversee the maintenance and support of the degree auditing system (DegreeWorks) for all graduate programs. Serve as functional lead for the DegreeWorks degree audit system for the Graduate School. Responsible for the deployment, maintenance, and accuracy of DegreeWorks for over 5,000 graduate students. Consult and collaborate with faculty to identify, troubleshoot, evaluate, and resolve degree audit issues as necessary including programming adjustments as well as procedural and data-related issues. Review course and curriculum proposals through Curriculog to ensure successful implementation of curriculum changes in DegreeWorks. Collaborate with Graduate School staff to ensure accurate graduation clearance for students. Oversee installation, testing, and implementation of new releases of the DegreeWorks software.

Collaborated with graduate program directors to validate curriculum requirements for over 140 graduate programs across campus. Supervised the coding of degree requirements in the DegreeWorks software. Developed a process for tracking degree milestones for graduate students. Authored a DegreeWorks Scribing Guide outlining guidelines for consistent creation of programs in DegreeWorks.

Managed hand-held installations for clients with over 50 users. Managed project budgets and conducted onsite training. Trained colleagues on the use of handheld applications.
