I have over 20 years’ experience both in house and in the Human Capital recruitment / search space.Having began my career in Human Resources, I moved into an internal recruitment role with one of the leading law firms manging the recruitment of qualified lawyers. I then transitioned my career into search working with organisations to develop the HR resourcing market within Professional Services & Financial Services. I have worked closely with businesses on their People Solutions looking at key challenges like The Future of work, organisational design and change management with the ultimate goal of finding the right talent. I have expertise in recruitment, search and leadership consulting with a focus on placing senior HR and Talent Executives into key positions across Financial and Professional services including Banking, Insurance, Asset Management, Legal and Management Consulting. I’ve previously worked with a wide range of clients to solve some of the more challenging aspects of the people agenda such as diversity, impact, hard to find talent, compensation and market intelligence/ mapping. In my current role as the global experienced hire recruitment lead I work very closely with the partners and business leads to support them across the whole people agenda looking at all aspects of resourcing and recruitment and how to find and hire the right talent to support key business priorities.Being a return to work mum having taken a career break to raise my children. I am extremely passionate about helping and supporting other professionals (mums and dads) who are also considering returning to work and would like to explore / discuss potential opportunities.
