Managing the delivery of the marketing strategy and social media communication for a local NGO

As a part of CEMS Prague team, I had an opportunity to work on a business project with PwC Czech Republic. The project evolved around the future of the automotive industry, more specifically, our goal was to identify the impact of the global trends in the industry on Czech automotive suppliers within tier 1 & tier 2 of the automotive supply chain. Together with my colleagues, I:- Identified the most important global trends in the automotive industry- Selected the most affected segments of the industry - Created a database of ~800 suppliers- Analyzed suppliers' revenue structure and product portfolio - Selected 3 suppliers as representatives of the chosen segments - Created future scenarios for the automotive industry - Performed financial analysis of the suppliers based on 2 possible future scenarios - Developed a set of recommendation for the chosen companies
