In the beginning I worked as an external consultant, later to take over the regional management role for Poland and Easter Europe. In this role my responsibilities included the transformation and integration of acquired business(es) into the corporate environment of Henry Schein, followed by the delivery of first year's financial results (P&L responsibility), as well as business development and expansion into Eastern Europe.Earlier on in my career (Andersen Consulting/Accenture, IBM, T-Systems and Capgemini, jPALIO, jPBS) I managed and delivered many strategy, process and IT integration projects. I also presented at a number of conferences and specialised in the corporate and business strategy development for the communication and media industries as well as the converged eBusiness strategies. During the time with jPALIO I have also developed good knowledge of the aviation & airport industry, and some of the related public companies.
