My extensive experience in employee relations, legislative compliance, technical process development, and agile coaching are major contributors in promoting change and driving continuous improvement.Currently, I oversee a number of conference related initiatives, develop curriculum and provide in-service, professional development training and observational feedback to investigators, records disclosure coordinators & interns. Furthermore, I have successfully facilitated a conciliation conference with two Respondents, securing approximately $400,000 for 48 affected parties. During the 2017 Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) training course in Washington D.C., I provided best practices guidance which was well received by my peers.Aside from my professional expertise and achievements, I work with nonprofit organizations to support underserved and economically disadvantaged populations. My goal is to impact the world by assisting them in overcoming barriers and identifying opportunities to improve their quality of life.
