Responsible for decision on progression of candidacy to a hiring manager interview with an interview to hire ratio of 85 to 90%.

Partnering with MetLife through Randstad Sourceright, interfaced directly with MetLife Hiring Managers across the country to fill their positions in sales and sales support including IT and Finance in the MetLife General Agencies, all areas of claims including adjusters in auto, homeowners, catastrophe, casualty, AIU, and customer service, and in other areas such as underwriting and business which includes business procedure consultants and LEAN management trainers and financial reporting/statistical analysts. Worked with both sourced and applying candidates for these positions performing the first interviews and advocating for qualified candidates to move along in the process. As a high level sourcer located passive candidates on hard to fill positions.
