As the European/Asia-Pacific Manager for Continuous Learning Services (CLS) I guide our clients on their RapidResponse journey. Engaging with our clients to identify, define and scope the strategic learning needs. I create learning solution which meet the specific needs of the client. Modify excising or design and create new learning engagements to train users and create a Center of Excellence (CoE) at the client. I use my extensive experience as an instructor/trainer, instructional designer and training manager to provide best in class training. The format of this training ranges from conventional classroom training to online instructor lead and self paced training.I lead a wonderful team of Learning Architects and Learning Consultants who are at the front of these learning journeys at our clients.
