As a Product Owner, I was responsible for managing our backlog and prioritizing all the work we could undertake. Additionally, I was accountable for team composition, ensuring the right people were part of the team to achieve our goals.Furthermore, as the Head of Experimentation, I was responsible for developing and propagating our vision and strategy concerning A/B testing and experimentation. This involved creating roadmaps, elaborating and disseminating a consistent way of working with respect to experimenting and A/B testing, actively promoting this approach to various stakeholders and teams, and providing guidance.
