As project manager I have supported multiple projects for Field Work Proposal (FWP) as well as Work For Others (WFO) which also include multiple Cooperative Research And Development Agreement (CRADA). I have supported RSS in their work for multiple Key Laboratory Initiatives (KLI) as well as other supporting tasks to DOE, outside of NETL.Interfacing with multiple federal government customers, across multiple subtasks, under a government site support contract and then disseminating task activity down to support staff. Managing the day-to-day activities of a multifaceted workforce consisting of engineers, technical personnel, university professors, postgraduate and graduate students.Providing input for and or reviewing monthly Cost Management Reports (CMR). Managing project budgets including labor, supplies and materials, equipment, and travel. Writing purchase request orders, schedules, and Scope of Work (SOW) documents.Experience in producing scheduled reports such as weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly and milestone reports.Technical report writing, instruction and calibration manual development, and R&D design documentation for projects including Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). Proficient with the work requests system and possess a good working knowledge of its function. Technical report writing using various formats. Proficient in technical based presentations for research project deliverables. Facilitating meetings with multiple disciplined teams, such as engineering, technical, finance team, management, and clientele. Skilled at staff management: writing job descriptions, hiring, performance evaluation, and employee dismissal.
