Staying on top of training and constant changes, as well as technology. I maintain safety docs, meetings, DOT requirements for our staff and trucks. Working with other vendors to ensure we are driving safely. Counceling of staff on infractions to jumping into driver seat to help get the job done. I ensure our service is top notch by training and improving our process. Staying on top of DOT carts for drivers, package delivery issues, customer disputed delivery,accidents,etc. I work with other leaders from other trucking companies to help each other grow and maintain great relationships. Training of other business contacts on current or future changes and working along side management to ensure contracts are being serviced.

Lead and train to marines to become successful. Counceling , working in company office for LT and company 1st sergeant. Helping arrange events , orders, policing, and travel orders. Training with marine corps institute for education and continuous development and improving the way we perform.
