My responsibility at Switch Ltd as a Data Center Security supervisor is to train and manage my team, prevent unauthorized access to the property, observe and monitor suspicious individuals outside of the gates and walls, deter personnel from violating policy. Escort personnel into sensitive and mission critical areas. Patrol secure areas and the exterior perimeter while maintaining a both a military posture and excellent customer service. Monitor all equipment that comes in and out of the facility. Receive packages for customers and check packages with bomb detecting devices for customers. Duties also included: lock and unlock procedurers, document and report all incidents, respond to fire system alerts, communicate with customers in both verbal and written forms. Orient new personnel for individual facilities, assist customers with packages and access control, monitor CCTV, write reports and proof read reports for my team.

Train, Lead and mentor other Marinies in the use of small arms and tactics. Ensure good dicipline and achieve mission success. Train marines in CQB, Open warfare, Defensive operations, the use of radios and medical treatment for combat injuries. During my years of service, I gained the rank of Sargant and commanded a squad. I took part in training the Afghan National Army and United Arab Emirates. I searched vehicles and personnel for weapons drugs and explosives. I also was a part of 5 hostile engagements with the enemy and took part in clearing over 20 compounds. I operated small arms and was trained in combat medicine. I was also trained on the use of the GBOSS surveillance system and proper radio etiquette.
