I currently supervise the creation and maintenance of customer documentation for world-class metrology software, PC-DMIS and related software projects.From March 2016 to October 2020, I worked as a "People Manager" to develop employees skill sets, help them accomplish career and company goals, etc., and managed a team of 3-4 other employees.From October 2020 until now, I continue to supervise a small team of two other writers, but I no longer have manager duties. Together, we continue to handle the documentation needs for PC-DMIS and related software.I took my team to the Technical Communications Conference in Tacoma, Washington, Sep 7-8, 2017.In January 2022, I was SAFe 5 trained and in February 2022 I became SAFe 5 certified (SP).

I created and maintained the documentation for PC-DMIS for Windows software (a leading software in the metrology field). Outputs included electronic help file (chm format) and printed format (.doc and .pdf). I also created software video tutorials as needed and maintain WAI's web site. I worked with another co-worker for a few years, but most of the time I was the sole writer. As a web developer, I used Javascript, Pearl, and PHP for both client side and server side needs. I worked alone to create a shared repository where users could upload, manage, and share their automation scripts, add comments. I also created a site where users could sign up for company-offered training.
