Security Improvement Program Portfolio Manager
Current• Reports to the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for Fortune Global 100 company• Directs Security Improvement Program (portfolio of Information Security projects) to enhance governance, risk and compliance capabilities and ensure risk tolerance threshold is maintained• Develops and drives portfolio strategy and ensures alignment with corporate and security objectives and key results (OKR’s)• Responsible for defining and guiding high-level division and portfolio goals and roadmaps, monitoring and communicating progress• Facilitates annual planning, business case development, capacity management, and manages Business as Usual and Project budgets• Leads portfolio team in identifying, distributing, and balancing workload and tasks among employees per established workflows and skillsets, ensuring timely delivery of services and deliverables• Assist in the strategy and implementation of the transition away from operations to Governance and Assurance focus• Facilitate cross-collaboration between security leadership team members, divisions, project resources, and partnering with other organizational entities and vendors • Identify and introduce process and project improvement opportunities to increase efficiencies
