As a Delegate Relations Coordinator at People to People Ambassador Programs it is my responsibility to assist families in their process of preparing for a once in a lifetime experience that their student gets to take part in as an Ambassador for the United States visiting countries around the world. This can range from answering simple questions about itineraries to providing contact between the Primary Leader of the Delegation and the Delegate; from taking payments and advising of fundraising and scholarships, to interpreting difficult statements; retaining families considering withdrawing and providing them with solutions to their stresses, and anything in between that would enable the student and family to have a successful preparation for the education they will receive overseas or within the country on our LAP and SAP programs.

As a the franchise owner of Liberty Lake/Post Falls (Spokane Valley to Coeur d’ Alene) I undertook every responsibility of owning a business – including marketing, recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training, bidding, sales, customer service, payroll and all aspects of managing accounts and personnel. Production of just over $84,000 (July-September) was accomplished through holding strongly to setting goals on a daily basis with strong ambition to see them accomplished, as well as upholding College Pro’s strong reputation of customer satisfaction and extraordinary professionalism.

At Anthony’s Home Port, as a busser and valet parker, it was my job to ensure that the company’s reputation of efficiency and excellent, professional customer service was operating at its maximum potential.

Worked as a Physical Therapist Aid (intern) for the summer of 2011, where it was my duty to be of ready assistance to the Practitioners to assist them with tasks that would allow them to devote their full attention and time to the patients. These tasks included work hardening, ultrasounds, electrical stimulation, icing/heating, cleaning, and file sorting.
