Jared McCullough is a recent MBA graduate and works for Education First Federal Credit Union as Project Manager. Having worked several other positions within the credit union industry, he has developed a diverse knowledge of credit union operations. Jared is an advocate for credit unions, and passionate towards the “people helping people” philosophy in which the movement promotes. He takes delight in the career development of others and can easily connect with people.He has previously worked in management and training roles, and knows how to effectively identify needs, and therefore offer beneficial solutions. Other than his interests in advocacy for credit unions and career development, Jared also takes interest in organizational behavior and culture.
