- Set up and organize daily production of standard dispense systems to meet planned orders in SAP- Provide necessary information to production employees for daily builds (custom and standard).- Assist in the acquisition of new employees- Create and implement training programs- Identify and implement new practices/processes into production to decrease waste and promote efficiency- Adjust man power when projects required, assisting with builds when needed.- Perform customer specific quality check on completed systems and present finished systems during costumer buy-off- Check systems with SAP sales orders to assure accurate inventory, adjust system or orders when needed.- Take lead on all non standard system build, work with engineering department to modify, design and machine fixtures and brackets when needed.

Novi, Michigan

Travel to customer location to install, maintain, retrofit or repair equipment. Customers are Big Three automotive or tier one suppliers/integrators. In house receive new dispensing machines and equipment from Germany and make customer-specific changes, test and send to customer. Build, test and debug new machines and work cells for customers. Build, wire (120v-480v, 24v), software upgrades, mechanical and electrical repairs.
