• Consults hospital departments on following operational issues:o Labor utilization, metrics, planning, budgeting, productivity, succession planning, leadership mentoring, new service line development, regulatory labor compliance, and contract negotiation.o Employee, patient and physician satisfaction.o Job description management.o Department and organizational structure.• Provides department leadership assistance in employee relation matters concerning EEOC, sexual harassment, freezing of wages, fit for duty, rifts, reduction in staff and disciplinary action of employees while utilizing the Just Culture philosophy of the network.• Trained for Lean Process utilization with Jason Coons through Health Streams Classo Worked on a project involving the KMC pharmacy department which streamlined the patient pharmacy process to reduce costs and improve satisfaction.• Implement, train and work with departments through process improvement for the Employee Engagement Survey each year.• Lead in the development and implementation of the Kettering Campus Newsletter.• Planned and Developed several Health and Wellness initiative’s Campus wide. • Collaborate with the Department Director on assisting with the managing of department improvements, annual operation budget, labor and productivity for Human Resources.o Maintain the monthly labor and productivity financial health for Human Resources.
