• Ensure the safety and soundness of State Member Community Banks and their compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations by conducting safety and soundness examinations• Lead and participate on community bank examinations within the Federal Reserve 10th district, encompassing Missouri, Nebraska, Kansas, Colorado, and Wyoming• Analyze capital adequacy, asset quality, bank management, earnings performance, asset liability management, regulatory compliance, audit, and information technology for small to mid-size community banks• Risk-rate commercial and retail loans by performing cash flow analysis, assessing collateral value, and assessing underwriting • Lead operations and manage junior bank examiners during bank examinations • Review junior staff written products and financial analysis, and provide feedback, training, and assessment• Central point of contact and examiner in charge of a varied portfolio of bank holding companies • Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and evaluate the financial condition of state member banks and bank holding companies• Facilitate and hold meetings with bank management and board of directors to ensure appropriate management of bank assets and staff• Prepare written and verbal reports for senior management and Federal Reserve Board staff• Train junior examiners on financial analysis of State Member Banks• Assess the BSA/AML/OFAC program and compliance with consumer lending and deposit regulations• Perform individual quarterly monitoring for portfolio banks to evaluate trends in the balance sheet, income statement, asset liability management reports, and loan portfolio performance• Write examination reports, risk assessments, and communicate examined areas to Boards of Directors and all levels of bank management • Serve as Information Technology business unit liaison
