Managed second largest branch in the Bank of Idaho network, achieving consistent double digit percentage growth in the heavily banked market of Idaho Falls year after year. Built a strong team by creating an environment of fun and excitement in the work place, while constantly challenging ourselves to elevate beyond what was thought possible in that market during that time.

Worked as a commercial loan officer in several branches throughout the bank's footprint, learning and developing credit skills in C&I, CRE, and agricultural lending.

Served as manager of an instore bank located in the 20th Avenue Albertson's Store in Pasco, Washington. This was a short-lived endeavor by Bank of Idaho to enter a retail strategy. Ultimately, it did not work out, the bank withdrew their branches, and I was one of only two employees that were retained and moved back home to continue employment with the bank.

Worked in the customer service center for Bank of Idaho. While processing consumer loans was my primary duty, I also assisted in taking customer calls, boarding new accounts, and assisted with the Fed Line, sending and receiving wires for the bank and its customers.

Continuing to work with a great agency whose mission is to be the voice of children who are removed from their homes due to abuse and/or neglect.
