I provided exercise services to Owens Corning employees at Owens Corning Science and Technology in Granville, Ohio and employees at the Owens Corning manufacturing plant in Newark, Ohio. Those services included: individual fitness assessments, consultations, exercise programming, exercise coaching and group exercise instruction, presentations/talks on fitness topics, and exercise promotion.

In the floor trainer role I was responsible for helping members navigate the facility, instructing members on how to operate the fitness equipment, administering fitness assessment on members, and providing great customer service to the fitness center members. In the exercise physiologist role, I did personal training, the Executive Health Program offered by ProMedica (in this role I assisted with a Bruce protocol stress test, counseled the patients on exercise and active living, and trained the patient), I also was able to work in stage three cardiopulmonary rehabilitation, and the ProMedica Script4Fitness program.
