• Worked along side the Experian technology organization to develop new data editing applications for building out corporate linkage structures in the Experian Credit database.• Acquire and mine new sources for linkage and data quality improvements.• Assisted in developing a new employee training program for linkage team.• Assist in defining business requirements for various data quality initiatives and customer products.• Provide support to product and sales team as needed.

• Managed a team of 8 with a focus on new linkage development into the EQUIFAX Data Management database and various internal integration projects with other EQUIFAX databases.• Worked with the EQUIFAX Commercial Credit team in Alpharetta GA on various linkage projects.• Worked with clients and prospects on issues and questions regarding the Equifax Data Management database.• Worked alongside other Equifax employees and the offshore unit in developing new software tools for the corporate tree linkage maintenance program.

• Collected new source files from various government bodies to drive linkage projects and legal name population within the EQUIFAX Data Management database.• Performed data mining exercises to identify data linkage patterns.• Updated database tables as needed.• Performed top down reviews of the largest trees in the database and updated as needed.
