As the Director of Philanthropic Operations, I lead College Track's fundraising operations, supporting a national team of gift officers with KPI and revenue reporting, portfolio management and Salesforce administration. I oversee our gift administration and support the team with knowledge management and training.

College Track is a comprehensive college completion program that equips students confronting systemic barriers to earn a bachelor’s degree, in pursuit of a life of opportunity, choice, and power. From 9th grade through college graduation, our 10-year program systematically removes the academic, financial, and social-emotional barriers that prevent first-generation students from low-income communities from completing a higher education and thriving in the workforce.

Contributed to project management and other academic activities for CCRC research projects in the field of workforce development. Conducted comprehensive literature reviews to support the drafting and completion of successfully funded research proposals in areas such as non-credit/credit alignment and the future of work. Additional duties included drafting conference presentations, performing center related tasks and representing CCRC at local workforce development events.

Assisted the organization's Data and Evaluation team with student data analysis, reporting and related tasks. Duties included managing the student database [Salesforce] throughdata integrity auditing, fulfilling data reporting requests from staff, and developing staff user manuals and trainings.Let's Get Ready is a nonprofit organization that provides high school students from communities historically underrepresented in college with free SAT preparation, admissions counseling, and other support services needed to gain admission to and graduate from college.

Worked with the Office of Institutional Effectiveness to compose reports for college leadership and the public including long-form reports on student data and “Upshot” reports on college initiatives.Key projects included: the 2018 Applicant, New Student and Graduate Survey Reports, Developmental and Co-requisite Education Student Success Reports. Worked primarily in Word, Excel, & Survey Monkey.

Through PTPS, I helped to provide free test prep services to high school students from communities traditionally underrepresented in Higher Education. I taught a class of 30 students test taking strategy and skills, in order to improve their scores and build their testing confidence.

Worked at United Nation Child Development center as a student aid in their pre-school classroom. Helped develop classroom curriculum/ teach, as well as build relationships with children, parents and faculty. The aim of United Nation is to provide high quality child care to children in underserved communities.
