Music Basti is a program under Enabling Leadership, a not-for-profit organisation, working towards fostering leadership skills in children from under-resourced schools through a group-based music learning program.Summary of my work:- Coached Music Basti teachers working with about 600 students in Delhi annually, by providing feedback on session planning.

The Teach To Learn fellowship program empowers select young musicians from around the world through peer-to-peer learning and community project development over a period of 10 months.As part of the fellowship, I developed a community-led website project that contains folk songs from across the globe to improve exposure of students towards diverse cultures.
