- Designed training content to enable 500 government teachers in rural Maharashtra to facilitate Computer Science(CS) education, in partnership with DIET. - Conceptualised the learning journey and product design for Pi Jam’s E-learning App - Code Mitra, to provide contextualised, inclusive and quality CS education at-scale.

Pune Area, India

- Designed Pi Jam’s CS curriculum for middle and high school students by conducting an in-depth landscape study of global innovative practises and contextualising the same to meet learning needs of Indian classrooms.- Facilitated CS-learning workshops with 450+ students from public and private schools across two states to build a holistic view on the ‘state of computer education’ in India and to pilot relevant curricular solutions.- Trained and mentored Pi Lab instructors & existing school teachers to accelerate their CS teaching capacity. - Led knowledge partnerships with national and international organisations working in Education. - Drafted Pi Jam’s M&E framework to monitor program quality and measure the impact of our interventions.- Developed long-term strategy and helped set up systems for other organisational verticals such as fundraising and marketing.

Music Basti is a program under Enabling Leadership, a not-for-profit organisation, working towards fostering leadership skills in children from under-resourced schools through a group-based music learning program.Summary of my work:- Coached Music Basti teachers working with about 600 students in Delhi annually, by providing feedback on session planning, conducting classroom observations and facilitating monthly learning circles.- Led the team designing audio and video lesson dockets facilitated by teachers, across 4 sites(1200 students) for online asynchronous teaching during the Covid pandemic.- Facilitated training sessions to prepare Music Basti teachers across all sites in pedagogy, lesson planning and classroom management skills.- Led the development of a web-based application that contains a listing of 100+ Indian and International songs that fit the context of our classrooms mapped to different singing levels and further classified to align with Music Basti’s life skills framework.- Conducted a research study on how technology can be used to enhance our current program practises. - Developed resources and tools for the Music Basti program curriculum.

The Teach To Learn fellowship program empowers select young musicians from around the world through peer-to-peer learning and community project development over a period of 10 months.As part of the fellowship, I developed a community-led website project that contains folk songs from across the globe to improve exposure of students towards diverse cultures, music styles and historical contexts.

Represented Pi Jam Foundation in N-Core's first tech cohort for social startups.
