- Evaluating student assignments, presentations, and examinations .- Responding to student queries about coursework in collaboration with course instructors.- Following up with students as necessary in a timely manner.- Submission of grades.- Assising with administering and managing online quizzes and related materials, as directed by the instructor.- Handling the questions on the discussion boards that have to do with deadlines, and where to find the information students have missed.- Emailing students who have not submitted deliverables on time.

- Monitoring the activities and production of technical department of the company.- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners. - Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.- Helping the new staff to set up accounts.

- Designing and maintaining data systems and databases as provided but the team lead.- Developing and monitoring key control metrics and taking appropriate remediation actions.- Using statistical tools to interpret data sets, paying particular attention to trends and patterns that could be valuable for diagnostic and predictive analytics efforts.- Creating appropriate documentation for stakeholders to understand the steps of the data analysis process and duplicate or replicate the analysis if necessary.- Managing all client communication on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
