Member Services Advocate
Current- Handle member inquiries and provide resolution to problems that may require additional escalation.
- Assist the claims department by conducting brief, structured interviews with claimants to collectpertinent information needed.
- Accurately record all gathered information in the claims management system.
- Exhibit strong communication and collaborative qualities.
- Follow appropriate procedures to approve and process reinstatement forms within guidelines.
- Enroll members in coverage as opportunities are presented.
