Troubleshooting for Business Voice Edge Products:(Polycom phones, ATA devices, Arri's Modems, and ESG equipment). * Pushing Configuration files, resetting modems, correcting account information, updating clients information, and if need be escalating issues to the appropriate groups for resolution. * Troubleshooting for Metro Ethernet Products:( ENS, EDI, EPL, EVPL, P2P, IP Blocks, Subnets, Ciena devices, and Customer Usable IP Ranges). * Pulling up EDP Drawings, pinging IPs and Trace Routes, Confirming Customers Defaults and Gateways, Packet Loss, Jitters, Latency, Verify Ports Enabled, Verify Ciena devices are responding, Checking ThroughPuts, Submitting DNS Changes/Errors, and if need be escalating issue to appropriate internal groups for resolution.
