I taught private and group Zimbabwean style marimba lessons and classes to children and adults of all ages. I also co-founded and organized two youth marimba bands which performed and practiced on a regular basis. As a member of one a band, I organized meetings, gigs, and finances. I also co-founded a summer week-long music camp for children and youth. This required writing and applying for grants. Negotiating gigs and band meeting, and writing lesson plans for multiple learning styles and abilities was also part of my responsibility.
