About Jasmine Williams

Hi! My name is Jasmine Williams (she/her), and I am a senior at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, studying Chemical Engineering.I am passionate about sustainability, renewable energy, and applying chemical engineering principles to make everyday processes cleaner. My undergraduate research aligns with these passions as I explore the new age of solar photovoltaics by developing organic solar cells.On campus, I also serve as Secretary for the American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE). I am the voice that our 200+ members hear when they need to be informed about upcoming events, and I capture memories on AIChE’s social media accounts.
