The Anthem's Modernized Migrations Program is the project for consolidation of legacy system supported commercial local large business onto the destination commercial platform (WGS). The Legacy systems are (1) Facets (Central Region), (2) ACES (Northeast Region), (3) Chips (Virginia) and (4) CS90 (New York) and the Claims Kernelization work stream is focusing on encapsulating Legacy core business functions (benefits definition and maintenance, utilization management, clinical editing, liability determination, and accumulations) onto individual legacy kernels.
