I am responsible for teaching courses in contemporary dance technique, reflection, improvisation, composition, body awareness and partnering. As well as managing students' individual creative work, rehearsal processes and performances. Developing research and pedagogical themes in relation to current developments in the professional field. Implementation of digital teaching tools. Planning, development and organization of future projects for the department and the university with the internal team and external partners.

In my role at DanceBreak I work to communicate and develop our service offerings and the value and impact of movement for worker wellbeing, efficiency and productivity. I design and implement business strategy and logistics for companies to integrate our service into their daily schedules. We are currently looking for early stage clients to engage with pilot projects of 1 - 3 online guided-movement sessions per week. As co-coordinator for the dance and kindergarten project Moove On! I am responsible for general operations, talent acquisition, controlling, strategic development in collaboration with a team, planning and execution of workshops and exchange formats, and communication with all stakeholders.

MuddyBoots is a collaboration between dance artists Ekaterine Giorgadze and Jason Jacobs. Their approach to the choreographic process begins with examining diverse materials to find impulses for movement. These materials include video footage, texts, musical compositions, mathematics, and current events, among others. The artists’ interest is in conveying the value and potential of movement to render meaning and provoke emotional and reflective experiences through artistic process and performance. MuddyBoots focuses on extracting and investigating systems for communicating movement from non-moving concepts, images and materials through methods of physical translation, appropriation, representation and decomposition.Ekaterine and Jason are committed to collaboration with individuals from multiple disciplines. Through sharing the creative process with other artists, MuddyBoots aspires to challenge the expectations, methods and outcomes of their artistic research. Collaboration offers the potential to connect the field of contemporary dance to a range of disciplines, aiding MuddyBoots in their ability to communicate about the choreographic process to a wide audience.MuddyBoots has created four productions since August 2012 and is currently developing the work "going places." Past works include “Still House/ Muddy Field”, “3:1”, “doing things”, and “MORBUS”.
