I support residents in a home who have Autism supporting with one to one care. Helping with their washing and bathing, going out in the community, cooking and household chores. Completing paperwork. Shift leading, assigning jobs to staff, handling money and receipts. Completing handover and shift leaders paperwork.

Worked supporting people who have learning disabilities in their own homes and also in care homes.I specifically have experience in supporting adults who have Autism and have challenging behaviour.

I began my first training and entry into the world of Care work with this company. Working as and when needed in care homes and peoples homes across the west midlands.Later gained employment with Voyage through this agency.
