Roles and responsibilities:• Work closely with the client management to understand the requirements for the project, developing effective working relationships and ongoing management processes for the project• Define the deliverables, resource requirements and work plan for the project, and manage their development and delivery • To ensure that the project is delivered within the financial requirements of the Business Unit • To estimate and plan projects from start to finish, with built in contingencies• To ensure projects meet industry leading quality standards• Manage, monitor and motivate the cross functional team assigned to the project• To conduct project presentations and compile reports

• Change control: Establish and introduce change control processes inline with the OSBV business• Work packs and Quality: Provide fabrication, assembly and commissioning work packs inline with the OSBV business plan• Assembly Area Improvements: Improve safety, productivity and delivery assurance dates• Propose infrastructure and process to support world wide for repairs to all OAS units• Originating Mechanical Completions Procedures and Punch listing documentation• Carrying out the role as Mechanical Completions Co-ordinator for Structural/ Piping/ Electrical/ Hydraulic systems• Originating Procedures for Assembly/ Installation/ Functional Testing & Commissioning• Weekly procurement and progress visits to subcontractors• Documentation verification to achieve the DET NORSKE VERITAS approval• Technical Queries resolution• Responsible for the updating of the Master drawing file • Responsible for As-building of all Engineering drawings (Red line)
