We provide a wide range of services tailored to meet each companies specific needs.I have proven experience as a results driven, operations and sales manager with a successful track record of over 15 years experience in the health and spa industry and most recently, in the finance department of Bailey Banks & Biddle Jewelers. For 3 years I worked in the accounting department and was promoted to the Director of Accounting for the multi-state chain. I have Executive Level Experience being an instrumental part of the first ever expansion of the Cooper Clinic & Aerobics Center. I oversaw 175 employees including developing a management team that oversaw the day to day operations. I guided programming in the areas of clinical stress test integration, personal training, sales, operations, group exercise, youth, management, new club development and day spa operations. I am an effective team builder, problem solver, and a visionary leader. I also have valuable Human Resources experience as I helped re-write several policy & procedure manuals.
