- Created, deployed, and troubleshooted enterprise-scale farm and app model solutions for the SharePoint 2007/2010/2013 frameworks which support over 40,000 employees globally.- Expanded and maintained a custom-built identity management application, to consolidate worker records, profile data, and skills assessments from many different HR and performance evaluation systems across the company. The core is based in C# libraries and console apps, using fuzzy matching and business rules to determine matches. The remainder utilizes the MS Forefront Identity Manager to merge and distribute data.- Read and interpreted scope documents from the business, applying technical knowledge to create functional requirements, software design documents, and estimates.- Performed administrative tasks for the setup and configuration of multi-server SharePoint farms, automating through PowerShell where possible to reduce necessary man-hours.- Created, deployed, and troubleshooted internal services that facilitate communication between SharePoint, .NET web apps, and other services throughout the company. This used a combination of SharePoint web services (both built-in and custom) and ASP.NET Web API.- Provided technical leadership for the company’s beginning use of SharePoint apps and Office 365 services. - Rewrote legacy web applications from classic ASP to ASP.NET (3.5), expanding the company intranet which accommodates over 1,000 users.- Using ASP.NET and SQL Server, created an employee time tracking application for HR. I was responsible for the entire lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, and implementation.- Using T-SQL and SQL Server jobs run via C# console application, created a flexible automated email system for scheduled distribution to both internal employees and external contacts.- Used full stack development to create, test, and deploy new ASP.NET applications for a package of tools sold to non-competing brokers nationwide. These tools included leads management, contacts management, location-based targeted marketing, and detailed productivity statistics and reporting.- Maintained and created new SSIS packages that import and transform data from more than 10 different MLS systems nationwide.- Used C# and SQL Server to handle back end code and queries for a public-facing site that supports an average of 9,000 unique visitors per day.
