Oversee 12 person Analytic group executing the Data Science lifecycle and directing identification of review targets.. Plan, produce, and program projects for web- and desktop-application analytical dashboard models. The models incorporate regression and machine learning algorithms using Python, Power BI, SAS and PHP for access to enhanced data visualization techniques. The tools improve access to time-series data and shorter review times. The review suite reduced outlier data by as much as 90% in some instances.Established Agile project framework. Initiatives included Project Approval templates for Vision and Stakeholder Input, Stakeholder Review Meetings, development Stand-Up meetings, and backlogs. We used GitLab for oversight and monitoring.

Incorporated statistical practices such as regression and z-score deviation comparison. Efforts reduced reporting-error from greater than 3% to 0.5%. Updated reporting tools and extraction queries to utilize SAS, R, and PowerPivot.Introduced Microsoft Power BI to incorporate advanced visual analysis techniques. Developed and disseminated quantitative and qualitative reports to leadership and Senior Management.

Primary analyst for DOE's lone Principle Economic Indicator, the Weekly Natural Gas Storage Report. Conducted trend-analysis to identify and correct reporting discrepancies.Established effective communication with respondents and fostered partnership-relationships which increased issue-resolution.
