Hello! I am currently working for 2/90 Sign Systems. At this job, I quote. and place orders for signs per customer specs, assist customers with questions over the phone and via email, and assist internal associates as needed. I previously worked for Nexben (formerly TGG Solutions) as a customer care specialist. In that job, I spent half my time their working with group and individual new business and existing business for BCN/BCBSM. I spent the other half doing the same thing for ICHRA groups. Processing changes for groups, submitting enrollments to various carriers, and working with a variety of carrier and internal partners. I also answered questions from internal associates, group admins, group employees, and agents via phone call and email. I worked with a team to manage workloads and worked on projects with various deadlines and helped out in other departments.I am very much into continuous learning. I read books on leadership, people skills, and other topics of interest and listen to various lectures so I'm always expanding my skill set. I am also dependable, have a great work ethic, and a winning attitude. In my spare time, I can be caught playing my guitar or playing video games also.
