Supporting infrastructure in and between 3 different locations, including internet connections, WAN connections, LAN connections, routing, and firewalls.Supporting servers in 3 different locations and an off-site data center, primarily Windows-based workstations.Supporting workstations in 1 location and co-supporting workstations in another 2 locations.Co-supporting and building integrations for JomarSoft business software (provided CRM, Accounting, Inventory, Shipping, Academic, and Professional Certification services).Building web-based support tools to interface with helpdesk ticketing software, print job ticketing, roster management, and tracking received materials for grading, and SSO with Active Directory for role/group-based permissions in the support tools.Building and maintaining customer-facing websites, including the primary brand website, e-commerce, LMS interfaces.Supporting exam & learning management software.Integrating exam & learning management software with other sites and services.Supporting Scantron grading equipment and software.
