Operations Manager
Current- Oversee Perishable Warehouse, with several direct reports.
- Plan and organize work for most efficient use of personnel and equipment, ensuring that production standards are continuously met.
- Coordinate with Inventory Control personnel to guarantee proper product solution, slotting, and space allocation.
- Ensure that all personnel adhere to safety, security/food safety, sanitation and maintenance rules and guidelines.
- Authorize overtime and work to control costs. Evaluate capital expenditures and prepare requisitions and recommendations.
