· Financial Analysis - including pro-active identification of trends, weaknesses, alerting review to deteriorating conditions, covenant violations, deal restructuring, management capability, liquidity analysis, etc.· Underwriting/Credit Administration – Preparation of clear, focused credit write-ups that evaluate the borrower, guarantor and collateral as primary, secondary and tertiary sources of repayment, identifying the primary risks of the credit and whether they can be properly mitigated, and presenting a thorough understanding of the borrower and credit structure. · Portfolio Management – Devise, review and understand strategies to exit or upgrade loan relationships, including capital structures, collateral valuation, and liquidation strategies; analyzed monthly/quarterly financial performance to assess risk rating and recommend risk grade changes.

· Provided governmental services (e.g. GAAP conversion assistance, reconciliation and reconstruction of financial records, fiscal emergency analysis, feasibility studies, etc.) to local governments · Analyzed financial information, prepared working papers and applied assigned audit procedures and techniques to accounts and records of client· Monitored for compliance with laws and regulations (FASB, GASB, Ohio Revised Code) as adopted by the Auditor of State. Prepared the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report and other work products.

· Responsibilities included tax preparation for individuals, partnerships, c corporations, and s corporations · Produced fixed asset depreciation schedules and journal entries for small to mid sized corporations and partnerships · Prepared individual statements of financial position for the firm’s wealthier client base, as well as, bank reconciliation’s for month and year-end for large corporations.
